Fui convidada pela Editora Assouline (NY), especialista em livros de luxo, para fazer parte do livro "Frida Kahlo- Fashion as The Art Of Being". Um registro muito bonito que reúne vários trabalhos de arte e moda envolvendo Frida Kahlo como tema principal.
Em meio a uma rica coletânea de trabalhos assinados por grandes ícones do mundo fashion, está minha obra "Lady-Frida-Gaga", pintura de 2011 que fez parte da minha exposição solo "¿Y Sí Fuera Hoy?". Nesta exposição eu retratei Frida Kahlo em situações inusitadas, imaginando como seria se ela vivesse nos dias de hoje.

I was invited by Assouline Publishing (NY), luxury books specialist, to be part of the book "Frida Kahlo - The Fashion The Art Of Being". A very beautiful record that show various works of art and fashion involving Frida Kahlo as the main theme.
In the midst of a rich collection of works signed by great fashion world icons, my work "Lady-Gaga-Frida" (2011), painting that was part of my solo exhibition "¿Y si fuera Hoy?". In this exhibition I portrayed Frida Kahlo in unusual situations, wondering how it would be if she lived today.
